The goal is to keep your heart rate up as you participate in an hour-long workout consisting of three blocks. Each block consists of 12 stations where you will engage in activities that will help you build strength, enhance your stamina, and push yourself to your limits. This intense regimen will fire up your metabolism and burn up to 1,000 calories.
